Hi I have error proof solution for this for IE: (now for Firefox also)
goto start->run->regedit(Type this word) Enter.
Now new window will be open click here ctrl+F and enter  the serach value: assistmypc
wait 2-3 minutes and double click of searched value and write here http://www.moonreturn.com or any other value u can put.
Problem 100% solved for IE.

Fire Fox solution: start->run->regedit

1.search assistmypc and after 1-4 minutes search result will show then click on value and change with another site or leave blank.

2.Go on firefox Tools-option and select leave blank or your desired site address.

Restart computer problem should solve fore Firefox also.
