Back to normal after 4500 Km driving tirdness then my exercise habit first day not able to do 50% of my regular exercise but next day 90% of exercise I can resume back to normal even I try Musturd oil garlic hot and a bit massage in my leg ghutna and bums where more pain

now i can able to bend my body 90% after this exercise and small massage as above
diesel cost around 13000
my car gives 25 to 30 average on highway if u drive wisely then u will get best performance from car
it was full blessed from maa Gange becae my tyre last change 2016 and after 9 yers i am using same tyre in al 4500 km journey without any problem thanks mere prabhu sri Ram maa Gange
Even though I am modern Scientific temper person but I belive in blessing and super un natural power like God. How the current world again going back to follow our earlier life style example Millets, raafgi, Bajra, Marua, Yoga. You can see there is a small gap between logic and existance of god, how the world developing after 16 century Modenisation or Resonance era in Europe and Western cointry slowly people started talk in logic about Not existance of God but how we are again going back in old life style where natural things are coming in priority non filltered life style or food same way we are having more belive on God these days again, its good indication. You cant define that not existance of God, logic is have some where in boundtry every thing you cant solve in logic. Speecially in super natural power. How you go in deeper u will found near and beliv to God existance
